Roadmap

How the world will grow.

These are intentions, not commitments. There are no dates here on purpose: the world grows at its own pace, and every phase after the one in progress is still a plan.

  1. PHASE I

    Complete

    The Foundation

    The foundation is laid: the website, the visual identity, the living tree, and the first explorable region of the world.

    • Visual identity and design language
    • The living tree, rendered in real time
    • The Origin, the Veil, and the Abyss, all open
    • The Archive and its first six stories
    • Explorer identity and twelve discoverable fragments
    • Hidden symbols, ambient sound, and a tree that glows as you discover

  2. PHASE II

    In progress

    The Descent

    Follow the roots below the Abyss. The world grows downward, into the hollow where the Choir sings.

    • The Hollow: a fourth region beneath the Abyss
    • The Codex: every symbol found in the world, gathered in one place
    • Explorer seals earned as fragments are collected
    • A shareable explorer card for X and Telegram
    • New Archive chapters from the deep roots

  3. PHASE III

    Planned

    The Expanding World

    Grow the world outward: new locations, new discoveries, and richer ways to move through the tree.

    • New regions deeper than the Abyss
    • Additional lore and discoverable fragments
    • Deeper interactive experiences
    • Rare events when the eclipse shifts

  4. PHASE IV

    Exploratory

    The Onchain Realm

    Explore blockchain integrations only where they give the world genuine value. Nothing here exists yet.

    • Research which integrations, if any, serve the world
    • Announce openly before anything is built
    • Prioritise transparency and safety over speed

A note on Phase IV

QLIPHOTH has no token, no wallet connection, and no smart contracts today. Any future blockchain integration will only be explored if it adds genuine value to the world, and it will be announced openly before anything is built. Nothing on this page is financial advice or a promise of future utility.
